This is where the numbers come from. Upload the monthly my.Scouting exports or the council's PowerBI report, and share links to standing reports — so every chart in this app traces to a source anyone can open.
Uploading files and adding links requires an allowlisted admin account — this keeps the data library official. Unit-level updates (join events, outreach, school info) are made directly on the unit and school pages instead.

Where each number comes from
Every figure in Membership HQ traces to a my.Scouting report. This is the map. To export any of them, open the report, click More Options (⋯) → Export Data → Summarized Data → Export, then upload the file above.
Access denied on a report you should have?
The reports key off your Primary Member ID, not your council role. In my.Scouting open Manage Member ID, set the right registration as primary, and wait overnight for it to take effect. Still stuck at the council level — call the registrar; at the national level — Member Care, 972-580-2489.
